路透3月28日 - 据两位知情人士透露，私募股权公司黑石集团正在考虑对TikTok美国业务进行少量少数股权投资。
黑石集团正在讨论与TikTok的母公司字节跳动的现有非中国股东联手出价收购 TikTok 的美国业务。现有股东组成的财团由Susquehanna International Group和泛大西洋投资集团(General Atlantic)牵头，现已成为竞购TikTok的领跑者。
他们的提议包括将 TikTok 的美国业务分拆为一个独立实体，并将中资在新业务中的持股比例稀释至美国法律要求的 20% 门槛以下。
TikTok、泛大西洋投资集团和黑石集团均拒绝置评。Susquehanna 未回应置评请求。
字节跳动及其投资者尚未透露需要多少新投资来买断中国股东的股份并满足美国法律的要求。(完)
