智通财经APP获悉，在中国提供工程和相关服务的巨龙在线(JLHL.US)上周五向美国证券交易委员会提交了首次公开募股(IPO)的申请，计划筹集至多600万美元资金。
据招股书介绍，该公司主营业务涵盖智能工程项目整体解决方案、智能化系统运营维护服务以及智能设备与材料销售，客户群体包括中国大型公共事业机构、商业地产项目及多户住宅社区运营商。
这家总部位于北京的企业成立于1997年，截至2024年9月30日的十二个月内实现营收2400万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为JLHL。据悉，巨龙在线曾于2024年4月18日秘密递交上市申请。老虎证券担任本次发行的独家账簿管理人，目前尚未披露具体发行条款。
