3月30日，嘉和生物（06998）发布全年业绩公告，截止到2024年12月31日的综合财务报表显示，公司的总收益为约2.06亿元，而截至2023年12月31日则为零，收益的增加主要是由于与TRC2004, Inc.签订的许可及股权协议所带来的收入。报告期内，公司的研发开支为约2.03亿元，较2023年同期的5.64亿元减少64.1%，主要原因是研发人员的福利开支及新药研发费用的减少。
