【大河财立方消息】3月30日，碧桂园披露2024年业绩。

　　全年，碧桂园总收入约2528亿元，同比减少约37.0％；归属公司股东应占损失约为328亿元，与上年同期亏损1784亿元相比，减亏超80％。

　　2024年，碧桂园连同其合营企业及联营公司，共实现归属本公司股东权益的合同销售金额约472亿元，归属本公司股东权益的合同销售面积约492万平方米。

　　截至2024年末，碧桂园总借贷约为2535亿元。
