年内，该集团确认的销售物业的收入为49.764亿元，较上年降低20.6%，主要由于年内物业交付面积减少所致。集团物业销售的收入约占集团年内总收入 84.3%(2023年：85.9%)，物业销售仍然为集团最为主要的经营业务。
该集团继续秉承深耕长三角地区的发展策略，并积极拓展长三角周边重点城市以及成渝地区的优质项目。于2024年12月31日，集团所拥有的土地储备的合计总建筑面积约为1,448,247平方米
