智通财经APP讯，中国水业集团(01129)公布2024年业绩，收益约5.37亿港元，同比减少28.35%;公司拥有人应占亏损约3.22亿港元，同比增长36.49%;每股亏损112.15港仙。
公告称，亏损净额增加乃主要由于以下因素的净影响：(i)来自可再生能源业务的收益及毛利减少，主要是由于运作中的垃圾填埋场数量减少，以及因现已投入运作的本地焚化项目导致可运往垃圾填埋场供发电之用的新垃圾减少，令上网电量大幅减少;及(ii)集团可再生能源项目的非金融资产(主要包括商誉、使用权资产、其他无形资产以及物业、厂房及设备的减值亏损，乃由于所产生的上网电量持续下跌，令部分可再生能源项目持续录得营运亏损。上述因素的影响部分被以下因素所抵销：(a)透过对各项营运及企业开支实施更严格的成本控制措施，使行政及销售开支得以减少;(b)出售宜春水务集团有限公司连同其附属公司(“宜春水务集团”)产生的净贡献;(c)应收贷款预期信贷亏损拨备减少;及(d)因 2024财政年度产生的应课税溢利减少而导致所得税减少。
