报告期，本集团生产生铁1808万吨、粗钢1983万吨、钢材1836万吨，同比分别减少5.99%、5.41%和10.92%(其中本公司生产生铁1513万吨、粗钢1631万吨、钢材1467万吨，同比分别减少2.29%、0.85%、8.23%)。按中国企业会计准则计算，报告期内，本集团营业收入为818.17亿元，同比减少17.30%;归属于上市公司股东的净亏损为46.59亿元，同比增加亏损251.09%。报告期末，本集团总资产为789.63亿元，同比减少6.61%;归属于上市公司股东的净资产为232.57亿元，同比减少16.25%。

营业收入减少17.30%，主要系本年受下游行业需求疲软影响，钢材销量较上年下降11.19%，同时本年钢材平均价格也较上年有所下降所致。

营业亏损、亏损总额、净亏损、归属于母公司所有者的净亏损增加，主要系本年钢材价格降幅大于原材料价格降幅，钢材毛损增加以及年末处置报废固定资产等减利事项所致。
