智通财经APP讯，旭辉控股集团(00884)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩，收入477.89亿元(人民币，下同);毛利73.62亿元。
公告称，集团(包括其合营公司及联营公司)于2024年完成交付约6.2万套物业单位，于2022年至2024年合共完成交付约27万套。
投资物业租金及其他相关服务收入约为17.58亿元，按年上升10.4%。
经营活动所得现金净额连续三年取得正数。
积极加入各地融资协调机制，于2024年有55个项目入围房地产项目“白名单”。
境外债务重组取得里程碑进展，合计持有适用债务未偿还本金总额约88.54%的债权人已签订或加入重组支持协议。
