数字代币的用例是用于创造资本和创新，不管是TRUMP币，或是Katy Perry、Joe Rogan这样的人去发币，无论是智能合约代币、还是实用代币（比如能让我访问网站上的音乐库），或者可能是一个超级复杂的代币和/或NFT，其实非常便捷。但如果注册为证券则需要投入大量成本，你需要律师和会计师，每年还要投入巨资确保合规性。
