智通财经APP获悉，国华(00370)尾盘涨超12%，截至发稿，涨12.36%，报1港元，成交额99.57万港元。
消息面上，国华发布公告称，与达闼完成重组香港仔机器人为一间合资公司，香港仔机器人将作为本公司之非全资附属公司入账，其财务业绩将并入本集团之综合财务报表。值得注意的是，3月24日，香港仔机器人公告与南通市地方政府打造“香港仔机器人康养示范区项目”，打造长三角“AI机器人+康养”标杆，而项目所需的人工智能技术的研发以及国内领先的机器人品牌的引入等，均由公司负责。
据悉，达闼具备“具身智能云端大脑+人形机器人”软硬件一体的独角兽公司。凭借着达闼在行业的龙头地位，预计将加速在教育、医疗健康、长者照护及物业管理等行业领域的市场渗透，完成业绩目标。而通过香港仔机器人的并表，国华也将实现大幅的业绩增长，转型成为一家真正的人工智能公司。
