智通财经APP讯，康达环保(06136)公布2024年业绩，收益约为22.61亿元，同比增加约2.0%。毛利为约10.89亿元，同比增加1.2%。毛利率较上年度的48.5%维持稳定在48.2%。母公司拥有人应占溢利约1.68亿元，同比增加约34.6%。每股基本及摊薄盈利均为7.85分。
公告称，收益增加主要是由于建设收益 9240万元及运营收益减少 4430万元。建设收益的增加主要是由于城镇水务新提标项目的建设工程增加。运营收益减少主要是由于城镇水务部分项目完成后审计造成收入扣减的一次性影响及报告期内处置了特许经营权项目。
溢利增长乃由于融资成本及所得税开支较上年度减少所致。
