碧桂园2024年亏损328亿元
3月30日，碧桂园（02007）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度全年业绩。财务摘要显示，集团实现归属本公司股东权益的合同销售金额约为472亿元，合同销售面积约492万平方米。年内，总收入约为2528亿元，同比减少约37.0%。净损失约为351亿元，归母净利润亏损328亿元。营销及市场推广成本和行政费用约为108亿元，同比下降40.2%。截至2024年12月31日，集团总借贷约为2535亿元。
管理层讨论与分析中提到，2024年整体市场仍面临销售去化低迷和市场信用收紧等挑战，但在政府的一系列扶持政策下，核心城市成交量逐渐回暖。公司继续围绕“保交房、稳资债、保经营”的战略展开工作，确保现有资源的高效利用，并积极响应政府的各类扶持政策。报告还指出，房地产业正经历深刻转型，公司正在打造智慧建造体系，拓展轻资产代管代建业务，以适应市场需求变化。
在业务分部方面，房地产业务收入下降37.2%至约2457亿元，科技建筑收入下降36.3%至约34.32亿元。整体来看，集团的财务状况面临较大压力，但在积极应对流动性问题和调整经营策略方面展现出一定的韧性。
