　　HSSP INTL（03626）复牌一度飙涨100%，截至发稿，股价上涨85.71%，现报1.95港元，成交额647.87万港元。

　　消息面上，HSSP INTL发布公告称，控股股东向要约人Wade Investment SPC Ltd出售1.38亿股，相当于全部已发行股份的75%，总代价为1.95亿港元，相当于每股待售股份约1.413港元。要约人将按每股1.414港元就其余股提出强制性无条件现金要约，要约价较停牌前报价1.05港元溢价34.67%，涉及4600万股，最高付款责任将为6504.4万港元。要约人无意将集团私有化并拟维持股份于联交所之上市地位。公司预计将向股东宣派特别股息，金额约为2000万港元。
