恒基地产股东大会出售交易审议未通过
恒基地产（00012）发布公告，公告中提到公司旗下的上市附属公司美丽华酒店企业有限公司于2025年3月31日举行的股东特别大会上，关于出售位于香港九龙金巴利道16号的地段及将其上建造的新酒店的交易未能获得通过，支持票仅占46.19%，反对票则达到53.81%。因此，该交易将不再继续进行，且因未满足完成交易的先决条件而失去效力。
尽管该交易未能通过，公告中表示此结果不会对公司的运营产生任何重大影响。公司将继续按照既定计划拆卸该物业上的现有建筑物，并根据已批准的建筑图纸进行重新开发，计划建造一座23层高的酒店，附设商铺和两层地库的综合项目，预计总楼面面积约为1.379万平方呎，包含99间酒店客房、商铺、餐厅、宴会厅及约21个私家车车位和约2个电单车车位。同时，公司将与美丽华集团探索该新酒店的进一步机会。
