消息面上，3月28日，合生创展集团公布2024年业绩，营业额为378.34亿港元，同比增长10.33%。股权持有人应占溢利为1.2亿港元，同比减少95.91%;每股基本及摊薄盈利为每股0.03港元。
2024年销售及预售合约出售的物业总额达166.29亿元(2023年：325.83亿元)，包括物业合约销售额159.05亿元(2023年：314.22亿元)及装修合约销售额7.24亿元(2023年：11.61亿元)。销售额下降主要由于房地产行业活跃度下降且年内集中销售现有楼盘为主。于2024年12月31日，该集团的土地储备达2680万平方米(2023年12月31日：2762万平方米)。
