智通财经APP讯，贝壳-W(02423)发布公告，公司根据2020年股份激励计划批准于2025年4月1日向53名雇员授出合共364.63万个受限制股份单位(相当于相同数目的相关A类普通股)，惟须待承授人接纳。
雇员授出通过股份所有权、股息及就股份支付的其他分派及╱或股份增值，令承授人的利益与集团的利益一致，并鼓励及挽留承授人为集团的长期增长及利润作出贡献。
雇员授出认可全体承授人过往对集团业务表现的贡献，旨在确保彼等对集团的长期支持及承诺，这对集团的未来发展至关重要。公司认为，雇员授出为激励承授人为公司带来更高回报的重要措施，其使得承授人的利益与公司及股东的整体最佳利益一致。
