于2024年12月31日，本集团拥有269个物业管理项目，合约建筑面积约为5460万平方米，较2023年同期拥有289个物业管理项目，合约建筑面积约为5780万平方米，项目数目及建筑面积分别下降约6.9%及5.5%。于2024年12月31日，本集团拥有在管建筑面积约4350万平方米，较2023年同期约4280万平方米增加约1.6%。在管建筑面积的增加主要原因为储备项目的逐步交付及积极参与市场招投标活动而中标的项目。
