金吾财讯 | 日本公平交易委员会31日发布消息称，已于26日指定对美国谷歌、美国苹果、iTunes（东京）3家企业适用限制IT巨头垄断智能手机APP市场的新法。该新法是《智能手机特定软件竞争促进法》，去年6月获得通过，到12月将全面施行。
委员会正在研究具体的运用内容。适用标准为国内用户月均4000万人以上。委员会根据企业方面的申报进行了详细调查。
