智通财经APP讯，创新奇智(02121)发布公告，关秀妍女士因工作安排原因已提出辞任香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.28条及第8.17条下的公司联席公司秘书，自2025年3月31日起生效。关秀妍女士将继续担任公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部项下所规定在中国香港代公司接收法律程序文件及通知的公司授权代表。
于关秀妍女士辞任联席公司秘书后，公司另一名联席公司秘书吕虹燏女士(具备上市规则第3.28条所规定的公司秘书资格)将继续留任并担任公司唯一公司秘书。
