格隆汇3月31日丨卓尔智联(02098.HK)发布公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，收入达到1623.59亿元人民币，同比增加29.6%；公司权益股东应占溢利1.29亿元人民币，同比增加153.3%；基本每股盈利人民币1.04分。
集团旗下核心项目——汉口北国际贸易城(“汉口北”)现已形成品牌服装、小商品、酒店用品、二手车等30个大型综合性专业市场集群，建设了汉口镇、万国小镇、武汉1980、嘉年华主题乐园等主题商业街区，鲜花小镇、味道小镇、名车小镇等特色商贸小镇，以及布码头、渔人码头、辣交所等现代供应链项目，加快打造“中国最大、世界领先”的供应链管理中心及商贸物流平台。
2024年，汉口北聚焦商品市场优化升级，纵深推进数实融合、展贸融合、内外贸融合、文商旅融合，与源头产业链、终端消费链深度对接，大力发展“产业集成化+体验式消费+贸易数字化＋供应链服务＋外贸新业态”于一体的新模式，建设打造全国性重要商品供应链集成基地。湖北省2024年政府工作报告提出汉口北已“成功举办汉交会等60多场国际性全国性活动”，武汉市2024年政府工作报告提出“深化汉口北市场采购贸易方式试点”。汉口北获评“2023年度全国商品交易市场供应链创新示范市场”、“湖北省第四批省级特色商业街”、“武汉市A级直播电商集聚区”等荣誉称号。
