消息面上，3月28日，中信股份发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得净利息收入人民币1483.73亿元(单位下同)，同比持平;收入总计7528.7亿元，同比增加10.58%;公司普通股股东应占利润582.02亿元，同比增加1.06%;基本每股收益2元，拟派发末期股息每股0.36元。
中金发布研报称，公司2024年营收同比+11%至7,529亿元，净利润同比+2%至1,078亿元，归母净利润同比+1%至582亿元，全球宏观经济不确定性环境下公司业绩整体表现稳健、符合该行预期及公司此前业绩预告。公司高度重视股东回报，于24年11月发布股东回报三年计划(24年/25年分红比例不低于27%/28%，26年争取到30%)，2024年实际每股分红0.55元、对应分红比例27.5%/静态股息率6.1%，分红比例略超计划目标。该行预计，公司未来有望多措并举持续强化股东回报，建议关注高股息稳健+实业业绩修复所提供长期配置价值。
