绿景中国地产(00095.HK) 公布，旗下间接全资附属公司LVGEM Hotel Corporation于今年1月16日，与 Capital Insight Holdings LLC订立协议。LVGEM Hotel Corporation同意向Capital Insight Holdings LLC，出售其于美国加利福尼亚州Covina地区的酒店资产(有258间客房)之全部权益，代价为现金2,000万美元，相关交易已于上周六(29日)完成。
绿景中国地产透露，就出售事项确认亏损约290万美元，出售事项之所得款项将用作集团的一般营运资金及偿还集团债项。(js/u)
