智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月28日，中国三三传媒(08087)股东将股票由阿仕特朗资本管理转入永隆银行，转仓市值710.4万港元，占比10.28%。
3月19日，中国三三传媒发布公告，于2025年3月18日，公司与潮流在线国际有限公司就一项潜在合作签订谅解备忘录，双方拟利用人工智能及其他先进技术共同发展视觉内容创作业务。董事会认为，透过签订谅解备忘录，双方可利用彼此的竞争优势、资源及专业知识，建立互惠互利的合作伙伴关系。若合作事宜得以落实，将有助集团多元化收入来源并实现业务可持续增长，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
