　　青岛啤酒股份（00168）发布2024年年度报告，营业收入321.38亿元（人民币，下同），同比减少5.3%；归母净利润43.45亿元，同比增加1.81%；基本每股收益3.191元；拟派发股利每股2.2元。

　　公告称，报告期内，公司充分发挥青岛啤酒的品牌和品质优势积极开拓市场，巩固提升“一纵两横”战略带市场建设，聚焦资源强化基地市场优势地位。公司创新市场运营模式，加快新商业、新零售业务拓展，报告期内公司线上产品销量同比增长21%，连续12年保持增长；公司加快推进新鲜直送业务布局，青岛精品原浆和水晶纯生啤酒产品在24座城市实现新鲜直送，满足了消费者个性化、多元化、场景化需求。

　　报告期内，公司继续实施青岛啤酒主品牌+崂山啤酒全国性第二品牌的品牌战略，发挥品牌引领作用积极开展品牌推广和产品营销活动，通过产品创新、立体化品牌运作和多元化场景下的沉浸式体验，公司品牌影响力进一步提升。
