【俄罗斯天然气工业银行将发行总价值约2354万美元的数字金融资产】金色财经报道，据RBC.ru报道，根据俄罗斯国家结算存管局（NSD）官网发布的DFA发行决议，俄罗斯天然气工业银行（GazpromBank）将发行总价值20亿卢布（约合2354万美元）的数字金融资产（DFA）。据悉，俄罗斯DFA是基于区块链技术的实物资产代币化凭证，不属于加密货币或在加密交易所交易的代币类别。DFA仅能通过俄罗斯央行官方认证的信息系统运营商发行，包括Sberbank、Alfa Bank、Atomyze、Masterchain、NSD等机构。
