海信家电去年营收净利双增，但经营现金流腰斩，董事刚刚减持
3月28日晚，海信家电发布2024年年报。公司2024年实现营收927.46亿元，同比增长8.35%；实现归母净利润33.48亿元，同比增长17.99%。
公司经营活动产生的现金流量金额为51.32亿元，同比下滑51.64%，资产负债率72.2%，同比增长2.29%。
海信表示，在行业内率先发布自研星海大模型，今年将星海大模型和DeepSeek进行深度融合，推出海信家电垂类智能体，打造AI空气管家、AI洗护管家、AI美食管家创新应用，为用户提供全场景解决方案，让用户感受AI的专业和便捷体验。
报告期内，海信家电海外收入突破 356 亿，同比增长 28%。其中，欧洲、美洲、中东非、亚太和东盟收入同比分别增长 35%、47%、27%、15%、32%。海信家电依托海外五大区域中心，发力体育营销，海外自有品牌影响力不断提升。
在财报发布前不久的2月25日，海信家电发布公告称，公司董事贾少谦计划在2025年3月20日至2025年6月19日以集中竞价方式减持本公司股份不超过10.11万股。本次减持原因为个人资金需要，股份来源为本公司股票期权激励计划股票期权行权。
贾少谦第一次减持海信家电股份是在2018年。迄今为止，累计减持公司股票13.47万股，累计套现金额超百万。
