智通财经APP讯，宝龙地产(01238)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入257.57亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加12.5%;公司拥有人应占亏损57.65亿元，同比扩大117.3%;每股基本亏损139.2分。
公告称，收入增加是由于物业销售收入增加所致。于截至2024年12月31日止年度，集团紧密符合其原定的竣工及交付时间表交付相应项目。截至2024年12月31日止年度，已出售及交付项目的收入约为205.43亿元(2023年：约177.37亿元)，较2023年同期上升约15.8%，主要是由于住宅物业和商业物业交付增加所致。
