由新世界发展(00017)、帝国集团、资本策略地产(00497)及丽新发展(00488)合作发展的香港仔黄竹坑站港岛南岸第5A期项目，于周一(31日)公布命名为滶晨，提供447伙，部署第二季推出市场。
新世界发展营业及市务(特别项目)部总监何家欣表示，项目正积极筹备楼书及示范单位，定价参考港岛传统豪宅地段的物业。她解释，楼盘中文名字当中，“滶”有翱翔海洋的意思，英文名字DEEP WATER PAVILIA 取材自深水湾。项目以豪宅为定位，不少单位可望及深水湾及浅水湾海湾。
帝国集团执行董事姚志伟称，项目景色迷人。自政府宣布100元印花税的物业价值上限提高至400万元后，激活楼市成交，料可触发换楼潮，估计年内豪宅走势约5%升幅。
资本策略地产执行董事何乐辉指，滶晨的户型涵盖两房至四房间隔。丽新发展高级副总裁潘锐民表示，项目采用19世纪末到20世纪中期于欧洲新艺术运动风格而建。
