于2024年12月31日，该集团总合约面积约7.99亿平方米，在管面积约5.79亿平方米。年内累计新签约第三方面积超4700万平方米，同比增长超100%，合同年饱和收入超10亿元。其中，非住宅项目年饱和收入约人民币 7.4亿元，占比超70%，涵盖大批地标性项目，涉及产业园、医院学校、轨道交通及城市公共服务等多种业态，实现了在业态、规模、区域的全方位进阶，并在能源、通讯、物流、消费等各大领域积累了一批优质客户，为公司高质量发展奠定坚实基础。
