智通财经APP讯，卡森国际(00496)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入10.26亿元人民币，同比增加7.2%;年内溢利6968.4万元，同比增加5.73%;每股基本盈利4.4分。
公告称，收入增加主要原因为截至2024年12月31日止年度较2023年(1)集团于物业发展项目的物业交付量增加，物业发展分部收入增加约人民币2630万元，(2)收到的家具销售订单增加令制造分部收入增加约人民币2220万元，及(3)来自年内新营运的经济特区分部收入约5980万元。
