智通财经APP讯，看通集团(01059)发布公告，于2025年2月14日，买方看通能源贸易有限公司(即公司一间间接全资附属公司)与卖方富皓信托有限公司订立临时买卖合约，卖方同意出售而买方同意收购该物业，代价为900万港元。
该物业位于中国香港九龙民乐街21号富高工业中心B座9楼27号工作室。
收购事项已于2025年3月31日完成。于完成后，该物业由公司透过买方(公司的间接全资附属公司)持有，而代价已悉数支付。
