昊天国际建投(01341.HK) 宣布，于3月29日与江苏利通订立合资协议，将成立、经营及管理合资公司，公司和江苏利通将分别拥有合资公司75%及25%的股权，根据分别提供3亿元人民币和1亿元人民币的资本承诺。
