消息面上，3月28日，中国铁建发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得营业收入人民币10671.71亿元(单位下同)，同比减少6.22%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润222.15亿元，同比减少14.87%；基本每股收益1.46元，拟每10股派送现金红利3.00元(含税)。公告称，全年新签合同总额30369.678亿元，连续三年新签总额突破3万亿元。其中，海外新签合同额3119.779亿元，同比增长23.39%，再创历史新高。
天风证券发布研报称，公司24年实现营业收入10671.7亿元，同比-6.2%，实现归母净利润222.2亿元，同比-14.9%，扣非归母净利润213.3亿元，同比-13.2%，其中24Q4单季度实现营收3090.5亿元，同比-6.8%，归母净利润65.2亿元，同比-2.4%，工程总包及地产业务显著承压，且财务费用显著提升侵蚀了较多利润。截至24年末，公司在手未完工合同额为42820.8亿元，约为24年营收规模的4倍，在财政刺激预期升温背景下，关注后续公司订单结转速度的边际改善。
