消息面上，3月28日，海信家电发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，营业总收入927.46亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长8.35%;归属于母公司股东的净利润33.48亿元，同比增长17.99%;基本每股收益2.46元;拟向全体股东每10股派发现金红利人民币12.30元(含税)，不派送红股，不以资本公积金转增股本。
国盛证券发布研报称，公司分红比例从2024年的49.46%提升到2025年的50.89%。公司核心品类增长稳健，外销快速增长。2024年品类增速拆分：暖通空调、冰洗、其他主营收入分别同比+4.22%、+18.29%、+2.15%。2024年区域增速拆分：内销和外销收入分别同比-2.12%、+27.59%。该行认为，考虑到公司2024年业绩表现及行业整体环境，预计公司2025-2027年实现归母净利润37.5/41.86/46.02亿元，同比增长12.0%/11.6%/9.9%，维持“增持”投资评级。
