智通财经APP获悉，广汇宝信(01293)盘中重挫40%，股价低见0.08港元，创历史新低。截至发稿，跌32.09%，报0.091港元，成交额65.57万港元。
消息面上，广汇宝信发布公告，由于汽车经销行业持续波动，集团于过往一个财政年度面临的经营环境日趋复杂，公司核数师需要额外时间厘定合适的会计估计及判断。公司延迟刊发2024年全年业绩，公司股份将自4月1日(星期二)上午9时正起暂停于联交所买卖，以待发布2024年全年业绩公告。
此外，广汇宝信公告称，由于公司经营的10家宝马汽车经销网点未能达到与宝马约定的《BMW品牌经销商协议》中的部分商业条款宝马将会于3月31日起撤销10家经销网点销售宝马汽车的授权。于撤销后，集团仍剩余27家经销网点销售宝马汽车。董事会认为，撤销将对集团的营运及财务状况产生一定影响。
