智通财经APP获悉，兖矿能源(01171)午后跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.74%，报8.04港元，成交额2.66亿港元。
消息面上，兖矿能源公布年度财报，A股归母净利润144亿元，同比-28%，扣非归母净利润139亿元，同比-25%，H股归母净利润141亿元，同比-27%，中金指出，业绩基本符合预期，公司业绩下滑主要系煤价下跌所致。第四季度公司A股归母净利润同比/环比-33%/-21%至30.2亿元，扣非归母净利润同比/环比-35%/-24%至28.4亿元，环比跌幅较多主要是集中计提费用和减值等、有效税率环比提升所致。
信达证券指出，现阶段煤炭产业仍处于产能短缺驱动的新一轮景气周期，我们预计未来3年的国内外煤炭中枢价格有望趋稳运行。随着公司内生产能不断释放，集团股东优质资产有序注入和深化国企改革下的员工股权激励持续推进，兖矿能源有望朝向“清洁能源供应商和世界一流企业”持续成长。看好公司高水平的治理、内生外延的成长空间和未来发展转型战略。
