　　吴说获悉，据 Cryptopolitan，韩国釜山地方法院以违反《特定经济犯罪加重处罚法》为由，判处三名加密货币投资诈骗者入狱，三人共骗取受害者约 41.6 万美元。这三人于 2019 年 6 月在釜山某大楼内进行非法加密货币投资活动，他们欺骗投资者，承诺“从全球挑选并交易大约 1，000 种优质加密货币”，并保证投资者每月获得相当于初始投资 30% 的回报。这些诈骗犯声称使用一种专有交易算法，通过利用市场波动实现盈利。实际上并不存在这种算法，他们所筹集的资金被挪用于个人消费。
