Daiwa House Logistics Trust to Pay 44 Million Yen Perpetual Security Distribution

Daiwa House Logistics Trust (SGX:DHLU) will distribute 44.1 million yen on March 31 for its 3 billion yen subordinated perpetual securities, paying 2.95% per annum for the period from Sept. 30, 2024, to March 30, 2025, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The payout, subject to withholding tax, will go to Daiwa House Industry (TYO:1925), its sole perpetual securities holder.

The Japan-focused real estate investment trust, listed in Singapore, issues semi-annual distributions on March 31 and Sept. 30. The rate remains at 2.95% annually for the first five years since issuance in 2021.
