智通财经APP讯，绿景中国地产(00095)发布公告，于2025年1月16日，卖方(公司一间间接全资附属公司LVGEM Hotel Corporation)与买方Capital Insight Holdings LLC订立该协议，据此，卖方同意向买方出售其于酒店资产的全部权益，代价为现金2000万美元，但须受协议所载条款及条件规限。
酒店位于加利福尼亚州Covina地区，有258间客房。鉴于目前的市况，公司管理层一直在考虑可产生额外现金流量以改善公司财务状况的途径，包括但不限于在出现买家时出售于集团于2024年12月31日的经审核财务报表内被分类为物业、厂房及设备的物业。考虑到集团目前的财务及流动资金状况，尽管酒店资产按低于酒店账面值的价格出售及公司将确认出售事项产生的亏损，但出售事项可让集团变现其于酒店资产的投资，并产生现金，以供集团偿还集团由卖方担保的尚未偿还债项，从而改善公司的财务状况。
