　　中金发布研报称，北京控股（00392）去年业绩符合预期，当中，收入同比升2.1%，纯利跌6.8%，核心经营溢利增5%。该行大致维持集团今年的盈测，料达54.4亿元人民币，并预期明年盈测为55.1亿元人民币。该行认为，集团的经营状况有所改善，且债务结构更加完善，令派息率有较大上升空间，续予集团“跑赢行业”评级，目标价上调25%至35港元。
