PureCycle Technologies Begins Plastics Recycling Collaboration With Landbell

PureCycle Technologies (PCT) said Monday it has begun a collaboration with Landbell Group, a provider of closed-loop recycling services.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said the collaboration is aimed at expanding the upcycling of polypropylene waste into recycled material that can be reused for various applications across Europe.

PureCycle said its future Belgian plant in Antwerp will use dissolution recycling processes from its plant in Ironton, Ohio to turn household polypropylene waste provided by Landbell into useful material, with an expected annual output of 59,000 tonnes.
