SEALSQ (LAES) said Friday its operations are unaffected by the recently announced tariffs under an exemption on semiconductors under the current trade policy.
The company said its post-quantum semiconductor technology complies with the National Institute of Standards and Technology standards, which aligns with a January US executive order mandating post-quantum cryptography for federal systems.
The company added that it plans to open an outsourced semiconductor personalization and test center "through strategic partnerships and in alignment with initiatives like the CHIPS Act."
