Mineral Resources, Founder Served with Class Action Lawsuit

Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN) said that, along with managing director and founder Chris Ellison, it has been served with a class action proceeding filed in the Supreme Court of Victoria on Monday, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The lawsuit concerns payments by the company to offshore entities linked to Ellison, addressed by the company since October 2024, the filing said.

The company plans to vigorously defend the case, the filing added.
