智通财经APP讯，百信国际(00574)发布公告，2024年全年业绩公布的刊发将会延迟，原因是公司现仍在收集及整理核数师完成2024年全年业绩审核所需的资料及文件，包括但不限于用于审核目的的相关询证函(例如公司计划管理人的询证函)，而于本公布日期，核数师尚未接获该等文件。公司正积极联络对应方以提供相关询证函，并与其核数师紧密合作，旨在尽快解决尚未完成事项并完成2024年全年业绩的审核。截至本公布日期，考虑到当前情况，预期2024年全年业绩将于2025年4月30日刊发，前提是所有与核数师协定的审核工作已完成。
公司股份将于2025年4月1日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，直至刊发2024年全年业绩公布。
