智通财经APP讯，英诺赛科(02577)发布公告，英诺赛科与意法半导体(公司的独立第三方)签署了一项基于氮化镓功率技术开发与制造的联合开发协议，旨在未来几年内共同推动该技术在消费电子、数据中心、汽车及工业电源系统等领域的应用。
根据联合开发协议，英诺赛科可使用意法半导体在中国以外地区的制造产能生产其氮化镓晶圆，意法半导体也可利用英诺赛科在中国的制造产能生产其自有的氮化镓晶圆。双方共同致力于拓展各自的氮化镓产品组合和市场供应能力，并通过增强供应链布局的灵活性和韧性，以满足客户对多样化应用的需求。
董事会认为，意法半导体与英诺赛科的战略合作将进一步扩大和加速氮化镓技术普及，双方团队将共同致力于开发下一代氮化镓技术。
