智通财经APP讯，复星医药(02196)发布公告，公司于2025年4月2日接到控股股东上海复星高科技(集团)有限公司(以下简称“复星高科技”)的通知，其已就所持有的2700万股公司A股股份办理解除质押手续。
截至2025年4月1日，控股股东复星高科技持有公司9.61亿股股份(其中：A股8.9亿股、H股7153.35万股)，约占截至当日公司股份总数的35.99%。本次解除质押后，复星高科技质押公司股份数量的余额为6.813亿股(均为A股)，约占截至当日公司股份总数的25.5%。
