华泰证券发布研报称，中国建材发布24年年报，全年实现收入1813.01亿元，同比-13.8%，归母净利23.9亿元，同比-38.2%;4Q24单季度实现营业额470.67亿元，同比-7.05%，环比-7.3%。全年收入承压主因水泥板块受行业供需失衡扰动，但新材料及工程技术服务板块增长势头不减。
基础建材分部水泥量价承压，但2H24盈利出现修复趋势公司24全年水泥熟料销量2.45亿吨，同比-20.7%，主因公司继续在错峰生产执行上引领行业，叠加合并口径缩小；全年水泥熟料综合均价为250.6元/吨，同比-7.7%，但24年5月以来行业积极复价，带动水泥价格修复，测算4Q24公司水泥吨毛利为46元/吨，环比+8.0%/同比+48.8%。25年以来，行业错峰生产、稳价保利共识延续，测算1Q25全国水泥均价环比-4.2%/同比+10.1%，叠加水泥超产治理、纳入碳交易市场、产能置换等供给侧政策持续出台，预计25年水泥价格或维持向好态势。
