Delorean (ASX:DEL) renewed its non-binding memorandum of understanding with Atco Gas Australia for a further 24 months to explore the integration of its bioenergy infrastructure projects into Atco's gas distribution system, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The collaboration would allow for the supply of biomethane for an initial 10 years to Delorean's customers via Atco's network.
The firms aim to explore additional opportunities regarding Delorean's production, injection into the distribution system, and supply of biomethane to other customers on the network.
Any binding agreement will be subject to due diligence, the filing said.
