Matador Resources (MTDR) said Friday that it sold its remaining Eagle Ford shale assets in South Texas for proceeds of more than $30 million.
The company said it used the sale proceeds to reduce borrowings under its credit facility.
Matador said it will continue to primarily focus on developing its acreage in the northern Delaware Basin.
Matador shares were more than 3% lower in premarket trading.
