华泰证券发布研报称，万国数据2024年实现营业收入103.22亿元，同比增长5.5%，实现调整后EBITDA48.76亿元，同比增长3%。4Q24公司国际业务正式完成B轮融资交割，交割后上市公司持有国际子公司35.6%的股权，不再合并报表。若从合并报表口径来看，公司2024年实现调整后EBITDA51.93亿元，同比增长12.3%，略高于该行此前预测。该行认为，AI推理需求的增长有望带动公司国内数据中心空置率下降，从而为公司带来估值提升及业绩改善机遇。
高盛发布研报称，万国数据的首只公开房地产投资信托基金(REIT)发行申请于3月26日获中国证监会批准，此前已获国家发展和改革委员会批准。此外，3月26至27日，该行与万国数据的首席财务官、投资者关系总监以及投资者进行了线上和上海线下会议。会议要点如下：人工智能、公有云及互联网领域的需求呈现积极态势；公司在一线城市拥有900兆瓦的可开发容量，配备电力指标和土地，可满足人工智能推理需求；资产证券化进展，包括资产支持证券(ABS)和C-REIT；戴云新能源的订单、入驻情况、竞争优势及融资前景。
